what’s a drop?
One round of merch for your group. You pick the items (say a hoodie and a tee), everyone designs and votes during a set window, the winning design for each item gets printed, and everyone gets theirs in their size. Then it closes. You can run as many drops as you like, and companies can keep one always on for new hires.
what is keett?
A way for any group to make merch together. An organizer sets up a kit and picks blanks, everyone designs and votes, and the winners get printed and shipped to each person.
when does keett launch?
We’re letting in a few groups at a time this fall. Waitlist spots go first, and inviting others moves you up.
how long does a drop take?
Usually about three weeks: a week for designs, a few days to vote, then 8–10 days to print and ship. You set the dates.
what’s the smallest group?
Around 12 people works well. Bigger is fine too. For small or growing groups, a group store lets people buy their own.
what does it cost?
Merch is one all-in price per item with delivery included, shown before anyone votes. Groups pay per drop, never monthly, and the first drop can be free. Businesses have a $79/month team plan, and bigger company drops get a lower price per item.
are there setup or shipping fees?
No. Setup, digitizing and delivery are included in the item price. Extras like a second print location are shown as add-ons before anyone votes.
who pays?
On a company drop, the company pays for everyone, by bank transfer, card or invoice, and nobody on the team is asked to pay. Groups can pay together or split it, with everyone paying their own share when they pick a size.
how do split payments work?
Splitting is for group drops. Each person pays their share by card when they add their size. You see who has paid, can remind people, and can cover the rest before the order prints.
when do we pay?
At the size step, after the winners are in. Money is always collected before anything is sent to print.
is payment safe?
Payments run on Stripe. keett never sees full card or bank numbers.
do we need a logo?
No. Upload brand files, upload your own designs, or make a quick kit from a name and two colors.
what if nobody’s a designer?
The studio only offers your kit’s logos, colors and fonts, so it’s hard to make something off brand. It keeps designs inside the real print area and flags text that’s too small or colors that won’t show up. People can also just vote.
can we upload our own art?
Yes, if you allow it in the kit. Whoever uploads confirms they have the rights to print it, and the organizer can review uploads before they go on the wall.

Tees, heavyweight and distressed blanks, hoodies, crews, quarter-zips, caps, beanies, totes, bottles and more.
can people choose their own size?
Yes. Everyone picks a size and an address after the winners are in.
where does it ship?
To each person’s door, to one address, or a mix. Every package has tracking.
what if something arrives wrong?
Report it in two taps with a photo. Size swaps are free within 30 days, and misprints or damage are always on us.
do people need an account?
No password. People join from an invite link with their name and email, or Google.
