the whole process

from brand kit to boxes on doorsteps.

Every keett drop has four parts and takes about three weeks. Here’s every step, and who does what.

what’s a drop?

A drop is one round of merch for your group.

You pick what’s being made, like a hoodie and a tee. For a week or so, everyone in the group makes designs and votes on them. The winning design for each item gets printed, everyone picks their size, and it ships to each person. Then the drop closes. Next time you want merch, you start a new one.

a few items.

Each drop has one to a few items, like a hoodie, a tee and a tote. Each item gets its own vote and its own winner.

a set window.

You choose when designs are due and when voting closes, so it’s done in about three weeks, not whenever.

made to order.

Nothing prints until winners are picked and sizes are in. No boxes of leftover shirts in the closet.

run as many as you like.

One for the offsite, one for the holidays. Companies can keep one always on, so new hires get the winners.

1

set up your kit

About ten minutes. The kit is everything people are allowed to design with, so every design stays on brand.

k

start a drop

organizer

Sign up with Google or an email link. No passwords. Tell us who it’s for (a company, a club, friends, an event or a family) and roughly how many people.

build the kit, three ways

organizer

Pick whichever fits what you have:

  • brand files: upload logos, a brand guide PDF or a design system. We pull out the logos, colors and fonts.
  • your own designs: upload artwork you already made, a drawing or a photo of an old tee. We build a kit around it, clean up scans and can put the art straight on the voter wall.
  • quick kit: no files at all. A name, one of three mark styles, two colors and a font style.

lock it down (optional)

organizer

Decide the rules for the kit: whether members can upload images, whether logo colors are locked, and whether any text is allowed or only kit fonts.

2

pick blanks + rules

Choose what’s being made and how the vote works. Prices are all-in and shown before anyone votes.

k

pick blanks

organizer

Mix from six categories: standard, heavyweight, distressed, outerwear, headwear and accessories. Tees, hoodies, crews, quarter-zips, caps, beanies, totes and bottles. Each has its own price per item, delivery included.

set voting rules

organizer

Every item gets its own vote. For each one, choose how many designs win and how many votes each person gets. Hide the counts until voting closes if you want honest votes, and decide whether people can vote for their own design.

decide who pays

organizer

Companies cover everyone with one bank transfer, card or invoice, so nobody on the team is asked to pay. Groups can do the same, or split it so everyone pays their own share. Set a budget per person and blanks over it are flagged to designers.

write a short brief

organizer

The vibe in a sentence, a few do’s and don’ts, and optional reference images. It shows at the top of the studio and the voter wall.

invite your people

organizer

Paste emails, upload a list or share one invite link. Set two dates: when designs are due and when voting closes. Nothing is sent until you review everything and press launch.

3

everyone designs + votes

Usually a week for designs and a few days to vote. People join from a link in two taps.

join from the invite

everyone

A name and an email, or continue with Google. No password, no app to download. It works on a phone.

design in the studio

everyone

Put the kit’s logos, text and patterns on real blanks, front and back. Drag, resize, pick a kit color, snap to center, or use placements like left chest and full back. The studio keeps it printable:

  • everything stays inside the real print area for that blank
  • it flags text too small to embroider and colors that blend into the blank, with a one-tap fix
  • you see the price per item update as you go

review (optional)

organizer

Clean designs can go live on their own. Anything with an uploaded image, tiny text or a flag from members waits for you to approve or send back with a note.

vote on the wall

everyone

Designs appear on a voter wall, one section per item. Vote on each item, switch your vote any time until it closes, and see what’s leading (unless counts are hidden).

4

print + ship

About 8–10 days from approval to doorsteps. Money is collected before anything prints.

k

approve the winners

organizer

See the results per item and approve. If there’s a tie you can run a 24-hour run-off, pick the winner yourself, or make both.

check the proof

organizer

The printer sends a proof with exact placement, size in inches and thread or ink colors. Approve it or ask for a change.

sizes + addresses

everyone

Everyone picks a size and where to ship. Ship to each person’s home, one address, or a mix. At the deadline, company drops give anyone who didn’t answer a default size; group drops print for the people who have paid.

pay

organizer

Companies pay for everyone at this step, by bank transfer, card or invoice (due on receipt). In a group that splits the cost, each person pays their own share by card when they pick a size.

print, pack and ship

we do this

Everything prints together and ships to each person with tracking. You can follow every delivery.

are you wearing it?

everyone

A few weeks later everyone gets one question with one-tap answers. It shows what actually gets worn and helps plan the next drop. Size swaps are free within 30 days, and misprints or damage are always on us.

what it’s like for everyone else.

Most people in a drop never see a setup screen. From their phone, it’s four taps and a delivery.

2 · create

design or just vote.

Make up to three designs, or skip straight to voting on the wall.
